For those who missed tutorials, you have to write a FORMAL LETTER to the Lecturer the tutorial you are missing. Stating the reasons to why you have missed it.

For classes, it may not affect so much but for tutorial, you really have to attend and it's compulsory. So unless you have a letter explaining your absence, then you should attend tutorials (quoted frm lecturer)

First of all, for our Social Class tomorrow, the venue would be in 1.09. That's what I've booked. And it would be at 10.30am. I don't however know if the class will continue at 4.15 later that day. But I've booked a venue anyhow (1.09) just in case.

Second, for Intelligence class on Friday, we would start at 8.30 am instead.. Hopefully we will finish at 10 or so...

Third, for Communication, During our Oral Presentation, We have to wear a Nametag like we had during Silent drama so the 'Guest' can see. Ms Zuhrah reminds us all that it's part of our assessment and "got mark one ah" . So, can we please put some effort into the work. On top of that, our slide should also be done referring to the guides given as part of Ms Zuhrah's Communication lesson... (remember.....).

Lastly, a reminder of all the work that has to be passed up this week
Social Psych - Diary on 24 hours Free of Prejudice
- Movie Review on Joy Luck Club
- Report on Helping Behaviour/Campaign

Updates for Intro to Psych

First, Good News!! Article Review No Need To Do for intro psych anymore. I know that there are assessment marking for the review (10%). The marking will be put into the presentation and essay. So try your best in them. For those who already done it, Alex said dun worry, you all did fine, he was impressed.

2nd, we got 2 more quizzes to do. Quiz 3 will be on 12 Oct. Very easy, all MCQs only and very straight forward. More details on the topics involved will be on the attachment. For the 4th quiz, we need to pay attention in class to what Alex say and teach on the social influence etc class because the questions involved will be on what he say as well. So, ATTEND THE CLASS.

Next, for the presentation - refering to the attachment- we actually need to upload the soft copy of the presentation on the I drive but not anymore. So can scratch it of frm the attachment. But what we need to do is put in our name and ID on the front slides and copy it onto the desktop, Alex will collect it at the end of the class.
For the essay, we need to write it individually and in APA style. The content criteria, Alex will inform us ASAP when he came out with it. We need to read 2 journals for the essay, to look for these journals, you can google or you can use EBSCO. i email and Bloged to you all regarding it already. So try making use of it.

I've heard that some are having problem accessing E-Learning Portal. Others may have no idea what I'm talking about right here even.
So, Ms Zuhrah mention to us that if we cannot find the lecture slides in I:Drive, we can find it in E-Learning. It's for the ease of Pharm Chem Students as well.

  1. go to http://ictservices.imu.edu.my/ and click on the E-Learning under the IMU Net caption OR Just copy and paste this http://elearning.imu.edu.my/login/index.php
  2. Put in your Student ID and password is 123456 if your own Password doesn't work.
  3. When you have accessed the portal, on the top right corner of the page, stated your name. Click it
  4. Your Profile should come up. You should be able to change your password and profile settings from there.
